Tim,

Things are really exploding on the CapCitySolar team. Currently we have 960 sales and 200+ associates. We have accounted for over 25% of the national sales for the past four weeks and are currently about 4.3% of the total national sales. In the last few weeks we have exceeded all expectations!!! Four weeks ago we started our climb with a show in Austin that netted around 100 new customers with a 10×20 booth and 13 associates.  We followed this by a show in Houston the following weekend with a 10×10 booth with 6 associate working and a net of 120 customers. As far as I know, this was a national record for one weekend for one event. Then the following weekend we flew to Albuquerque, New Mexico with you, Scotty, and me and pulled in 102 new customers and around 15 new associates for our team. There was not one big event the next weekend so we spread out and attended three smaller events throughout Texas and netted another 100 new customers and over 30 new associates. It has been a awesome ride so far. The future is looking great.

There are some exciting things on the horizon. We start with this upcoming weekend where we have a Home Show in Ft. Worth, Texas and a Solar Fiesta in Albuquerque, NM with my new team we formed last visit. We will then rest one week before the BIG DADDY of them all “The State Fair of Texas”!!!!!!!! There will be over 3 million people in attendance and is the biggest event in the country.  We have a 20×20 booth reserved located between the concept car pavilion(the biggest draw for guys) and the huge crafts fair (the biggest draw for ladies). I do not think we could have a better location.

On the opening weekend of the State Fair we have the Pecan Street Festival going on in Austin and our new associates from New Mexico will be participating in a Green Expo in Santa Fe.

We then follow up with a repeat visit to Houston and probably close the Fall season for shows. All in all we should double or triple the size of our team in sales and associates by the end of October. If an announcement comes in that time then just scratch all of those numbers hook on your seatbelt. Right now we have over 40 Sales Managers on this team and are growing them quickly. <!-- D(["mb","\u003cbr\>\u003cbr\>When the Spring rolls around, I have already secured most of the major Home shows in Texas with 20x20 booths reserved. Also, our teams in Philly, Baltimore, Las Vegas, Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and Ft.
