Dear Eco:

Things are rolling over here at Citizenre and we want you to be part of it. We are installing solar systems in our pilot city and are about to begin in our second city – plus we have a strategic alliance that enables us to provide installations in much of California.

Now we need to hear from you. Many Ecos have been waiting to see commissions paid before they re-engaged. That day is now. Are you still on the Team? If the answer is Yes, let us know.

To confirm that you are still active, we must receive a Direct Deposit Authorization and a signed W-9 form. This is required by the IRS and is simple to send in. Login to your back-office and visit the “Resources” section to find the form and directions (if you forgot your password, click on the link “I forgot my login information” and enter your email address. The system will send you a new password).

As an alternative, you can simply click on the link below to download the forms immediately:
http://www.citizenre.net/extras/downloads/w9dd_package.pdf

Please return these documents immediately. If we don’t receive them in 15 days (by May 24), your position will be flagged as inactive and you will be locked out of the back office until you complete this step. You will not be deleted from the system as long as you act within 180 days. But if you don’t act fast, you could lose commissions.

Since we can now place PV in much of California, we want to reach California customers immediately. If we do not hear from you in 15 days, your California customers will become available to the first active Eco in your support Team.

If you re-engage within 180 days, you can still benefit. For each transferred customer who installs solar through Citizenre or our partner, you will receive $100 for originating that customer. Any customers that have not had, or are not in the process of having, a solar system placed on their rooftop can be reclaimed within 180 days if you re-activate.

If we do not receive your W-9 within 180 days, per our Policies you can be removed permanently from the system and you will receive no compensation from any prior work. We don’t want that to happen, so act now.

I want to personally thank all of our dedicated Ecos who have stayed with us on our adventure to bring renewable energy to the masses.

Thanks,

A palindrome of life

A palindrome reads the same backward as forward. This video reads the exact opposite backward as forward. Not only does it read the opposite, the meaning is the exact opposite.
This is only a 1 minute, 44 second video and it is brilliant.   Make sure you read as well as listen…forward and backward.
This is a video that was submitted in a contest by a 20-year old.   The contest was titled “u @ 50″  by  AARP. This video won second place. When they showed it, everyone in the room was awe-struck and broke into spontaneous applause.  So simple and yet so brilliant. Take a minute and watch it.

Great Job to the House of Solar Pennsylvania team

Broadcasts, Team Press Comments Off

Here is Cheri Blacks update on her group..Go Cheri !!!

_______________________________________________

House of Solar – Penn is psyched!

It looks like the Team signed 520 customers -
during an exciting (and exhausting) 6 days from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. and 3
evenings 4 – 9 pm. (Jan 19-27, 2008).

We’re really having fun talking to so many people. . Once we get
all the FRAs entered and sent in to Citizenre – and show we can keep
count (when we’re so tired) – we’ll really celebrate. We probably
handed out 2000 flyers mostly to interested folks who weren’t ready to
sign yet. And we’re still getting calls and sign-ups from flyers we
passed out last fall at shows!

We’re still proud of signing 140 – a 3-day record at
the Valley Forge Home Show in October. Now we raised the bar for a
three-day weekend – Jan 19-21 we signed 189!

Donna DiStefano soared from 75 customers
to 321 – a solid Senior Sales Manager!

Brand New Ecopreneurs on Donna’s team -
Andreina Erwin with 14
Toni Thomasson with 4
and Michael Pasternock with 1
will bring Donna’s team to 340 !!! ( Eco since 9/12/07 WOW)

Notable notes:
Andreina met us at the show, went home, signed
up, took her test and worked the last day of the show, signing 14
customers !!!!
Ecopreneur Michael, a contractor from southern NJ.
Michael couldn’t wait to help the team – and with Donna’s coaching
registered a customer.
Toni also signed up this week, passed her test and came one evening
, signing 4 customers right away. Both Toni and Andreina soaked
up the information quickly and are naturals at engaging people.

Coy Lay‘s team also made it to the top ten in CapCity Solar with at
least 47 sales to add to their 66 going in to the show to total 113 – good
work Coy, Ron Thomas, Bill Mettinger, Kathy Aukett, Ernesto Velazquez
and Michael Wells! This was the first time out for Kathy and Bill and
they’re both already half way to Sales Manager. Michael made it there
for 1/2 hour and signed his first customer! Coy and Ron are our steady
regulars we can always count on to show up and register customers.
Ernesto brought a customer to the show just so he could register 2
homes right at our exhibit.

Also on Coy’s team: Now Norman Rosner is back from a relaxing cruise
we’re wearing up for the next show in Rockland NY, Feb 8 -10. He called
while waiting on the plane home from Florida -he couldn’t wait to talk about
plans for the coming weeks. Several of us have made plans to
go up from Philadelphia and stay in the ‘Rosner hotel’ as Norm calls home
to launch from for the weekend show, also joining Maurice.
Norm’s next one is Feb 15-18 in Secaucus! He’s signed
3 more shows this Spring!

(Cheri signed 210 adding to her 100+ before the show)

Then there’s at least 12 more possibilities now through April – at
least 1/2 booked already. Get your reservations in!

Donna’s team signed several NJ Ecopreneurs this week – Michael
Posternock
, Michael Robertson (fireman) and Robert Canino, so we may
try for the Atlantic City Show coming up Feb 22-24 too!

In the last hour, Nathan Trusty (real estate investor) registered to
be an Ecopreneur and can’t wait to get started. We’ll let you know
more about our other new ecopreneurs in our next message

For Immediate Release – August 15, 2007 – The green room takes on a whole new meaning for the celebrity pals of Emmy-nominated actor and committed environmentalist Ed Begley, Jr. in the second season of HGTV’s popular, critically-acclaimed, eco-friendly series Living With Ed. The series will kick off with two back-to-back airings on Sunday, August 26 at 10 p.m. EST and Monday, August 27 at 10:30 p.m. EST, followed by Sunday, September 2 at 10 p.m. ET and Monday, September 3 at 10:30 p.m. ET. One of the first programs to debut in the growing “green” TV genre, the vanguard series returns bigger, better and greener than ever with 13 new episodes that will find Begley and wife Rachelle Carson dispensing more tips and practical ideas on how anyone can lead a greener lifestyle. In a special new twist this season, Ed ventures out beyond his own green acres to give viewers a peek inside the homes and properties of other Hollywood personalities who are either looking for advice from Begley or eager to share the innovative ways they are working toward environmentally-conscious living.
Jay Leno, Bradley Whitford, Larry Hagman, Sharon Lawrence and Jackson Browne are among the celebrities who are expected to share their “green” journeys with Begley and HGTV viewers. In each half-hour episode, cameras will follow Ed as he gives and gets guidance and inspiration on how everyone can incorporate easy, attractive, practical and affordable “green” ideas into their daily lives.

“Rachelle and I are thrilled that Living With Ed has caught on with so many viewers across America,” said Begley. “We are looking forward to having a lot of fun this next season while spreading the environmental message. The fact that the two of us have not killed each other and that we are still happily married amazes us daily. Perhaps with this next season, all of this will change,” he added.

In one episode, Ed visits with musician Jackson Browne and tours his off-the-grid ranch, complete with an impressive solar and windmill system, as well as other installations and inventions that make the compound self-sufficient. Begley, inspired by his visit to Browne’s place, vows to install a form of wind-power in his own Studio City home.

Citizenre Announces Finance Team

Citizenre Logo PRESS RELEASE

August 20, 2007 – The Citizenre Corporation is making solar electricity (photovoltaic, or “PV”) simple and affordable. Today Citizenre announced its finance team, providing the first look at how the company’s innovative business model works.

Citizenre’s groundbreaking “REnU” program lets households rent solar systems. Several forms of structured finance support the company’s activities. Guiding Citizenre is a team of distinguished experts, all experienced in the application of structured finance to the renewable energy industry:

Brown Rudnick Berlack Israels LLP Ronald S. Borod and Jonathan C. Black, both of Brown Rudnick’s structured finance practice, assist Citizenre in developing the Company’s corporate finance, real estate, vendor finance and banking relationships.

“We are delighted to serve as special counsel to Citizenre, helping to secure the company’s major funding for its Northeast manufacturing facility,” said Ron Borod, chair of Brown Rudnick’s structured finance practice. “Citizenre expects many forms of revenue – from PV rentals, franchise revenues and long-term equipment sales agreements, among others—that create an excellent foundation for securitization and structured finance.”

Brown Rudnick is one of the nation’s premier law firms in the development and application of structured finance to the renewable energy industry. The firm has teamed with both issuers and underwriters to use Asset-Backed Securities to make financing more available and more efficient for innovative renewable energy companies like Citizenre.

Structured Growth Partners “Citizenre is perfectly situated for structured finance by virtue of several unique ‘Best of Breed’ elements in its business model,” said Douglas R. Grossinger, President of Structured Growth Partners (SGP). “These result in a far lower cost of PV to its customers and can therefore be leveraged to derive funding for the company’s infrastructure and growth.”

SGP partners Grossinger and Mark Lundquist work in close collaboration with Citizenre and Brown Rudnick to raise finance for Citizenre’s manufacturing activities and in the structuring of power purchase agreements with creditworthy large customers.

Anthony Dixon serves as senior advisor to Citizenre’s finance team, drawing on his international perspective and 16 years experience in securitization, structured finance, and debt capital markets. Most recently Mr. Dixon was Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Debt Capital Markets group for Citigroup in London, where he raised over $4 billion for clients in the European, Asian and US debt markets. His securitization work has been recognized with the Asia Securitization Deal of the Year 1997 and the Japanese

Securitization Deal of the Year 2001. In describing the work of Citizenre’s finance team, Mr. Dixon said, “Citizenre has undertaken to reduce the cost of PV use for all customer categories. The company’s planned use of structured finance will help achieve that objective. It’s an exciting business model, an extremely capable team and a great time to be launching Citizenre”.
